One of our most scenic routes yet, the MOVRun Malibu Sunrise 4-Miler is a gorgeous run along the sidewalk of one Malibu’s most famous shore-lines– Zuma Beach. The scenic 4-milers here begin at 6am in the summer, and 7am in the winter, on the second Sunday of every month, alongside beautiful sunrises likely to take your breath away. With the seagulls soaring overhead, and curious dolphins swimming on a barrier alongside you the entire way, the Malibu 4-miler is a run to remember.

Zuma Beach is part of the expansive 21-mile city of Malibu. A perennial favorite for surfers and home to celebrities, enjoy Zuma’s beachside boardwalk walking path, sprawling, untarnished shoreline, and its small but quirky snack bar, serving nachos, hot dogs, and soda. During the week Zuma visitors are few, granting a private, peaceful visit for anyone looking to escape the fast-paced city for a few hours. The beach sand has been described by visitors as “fluffy”, giving off an overall “relaxing vibe”. In addition, Zuma is one of the cleanest beaches in Malibu with free parking, playful dolphins, and friendly people.
